After the paid surveys there was the Freebie Sites era.

We've all seen those kinds of sites, right? The kind that promises you free iPods and laptops and sometimes even cash. It's obvious that these site are rubbish, right? That there's no possible way these could be true, right? WRONG. Through some research and experience I found that these sites are actually legit. It's not exactly as easy as they say it is, nor is it ABSOLUTELY FREE, but it does work. There are even forums that cater to people wanting to partake in these so called "Freebie Sites". One of these forums is called "anything4free.com". You can go check that out if you want to. What it really is is a place for you and other people to trade referrals for freebie sites. People there will usually pay you to complete referrals for them on freebie sites. All in all it's a very good site, all it takes is some effort. I have made some money on there.

My quest for internet money 1

Everybody wants to make money, and I'm no different. I really like money. Its not that easy though if you don't know where to start. I went through quite a few different paths to begin with. I started out with the whole "Your opinion matters, GET PAID TO TAKE SURVEYS!" thing. It made sense to me that companies would pay for opinion, I mean the companies do have to cater to the public. It is somewhat right, but if you go down that path, it's not very fast for sure. It requires copious amounts of patience and diligence. Most sites require a minimum account balance to cash out. Like for example, a survey company may reward you points for each survey you complete, which you can redeem for cash. However, these points usually only equate to about a quarter of a dollar or less, and some sites have a minimum cashout balance of at least $50. Not to mention, the amount of surveys usually starts out high, but then it eventually slows down to an almost complete halt. There have been periods of weeks without receiving any new survey opportunities. My advice to anyone out there trying to make money online: Stay away from paid survey companies unless you have huge amounts of patience.
